1. Formation of contract
Submitting an order on this website constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we have verified receipt of payment in full and confirmed acceptance of your order. Where goods are unavailable, or where a price is manifestly incorrect due to a system or human error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are in Hong Kong dollars and cover the goods only; delivery is charged separately. We accept the payment methods listed on the payment page (such as FPS). Customers must pay the exact amount shown on the payment page to the payee details displayed, and submit evidence of the payment for verification. We will never request your banking password, one-time password (OTP) or card security code by phone or message.
3. Product information
We take care to describe product names, origin, net weight and specifications accurately. Stated net weights are for fixed packs and may vary slightly due to packing. Product photographs are for reference; the goods and their packaging labels prevail.
4. Delivery and risk
For collection orders, risk passes to the customer on collection. For delivery orders, risk passes when the goods are delivered and accepted by the customer or their representative. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and a contactable telephone number.
5. Adverse weather and force majeure
Where Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above or the Black Rainstorm Warning is in force, or where circumstances beyond our reasonable control arise (including supply interruption, traffic restrictions or government orders), we may suspend or delay performance and will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or purchase of goods. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Ordinance or the Trade Descriptions Ordinance.
7. Privacy
We collect and use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order you consent to our using that data to process your order, arrange delivery and provide after-sales support.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong.
