We handle your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you may exercise.
1. What we collect
To process your order we collect: recipient name, mobile number, email address (if provided), delivery address, order contents and amount, and the transfer reference and screenshot you submit. We do not collect — and will never ask for — your banking password, one-time password, card number or identity card number.
2. How we use it
Your data is used only to process and verify orders, prepare and deliver them, contact you about your order, handle returns and enquiries, and meet record-keeping obligations required by law. We do not use your data for direct marketing without your consent.
3. Transfers to third parties
To complete delivery we pass the recipient's name, phone number and address to our logistics provider (SF Express). Apart from this and where required by law, we do not transfer or sell your personal data to any third party.
4. Transfer screenshots
Screenshots you upload are used only to verify the amount and time of your payment. Images are re-encoded on upload and camera metadata is removed before storage. Please mask your account number and balance when taking the screenshot. We periodically delete these images once verification is complete and the dispute window has passed.
5. Security
This website is served entirely over HTTPS. Administrative accounts require two-factor authentication and all administrative actions are logged. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access, processing or loss.
6. Cookies
We use only the cookies necessary to keep your cart and language preference. If analytics tools are added in future, this policy will be updated and a choice provided.
7. Access and correction
Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance you have the right to request access to, and correction of, the personal data we hold about you. Please contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period.
