Store collection (free)
Once your payment is confirmed we will pack your order and WhatsApp you when it is ready. Bring your order number to our Wan Chai shop during opening hours. Orders paid before 18:00 are usually ready the same day.
SF Express cold-chain delivery
Frozen goods are packed in insulated boxes with dry ice and handed to SF Express cold chain. We dispatch 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed; delivery normally takes a further working day. SF Express delivers every day, except on typhoon days.

Cold delivery has a minimum order of HK$0.00. Below that, please choose store collection.
Adverse weather
When Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above or the Black Rainstorm Warning is in force, and for two hours after it is lowered, deliveries and collections are suspended. Affected orders are rescheduled and we will contact you.
Failed deliveries
Frozen goods cannot wait. Please give an accurate address and a reachable phone number. If delivery fails because of incorrect details or because nobody is available to receive the goods, the items may no longer be safe to redeliver and the loss will be borne by the customer.
