- How do I place an order?
- Add items to your cart, fill in your contact and collection details at checkout, then follow the payment page to transfer by FPS and tap "I have paid". We will confirm by WhatsApp once we have verified the payment.
- Why do I transfer first and upload a screenshot?
- FPS is the everyday instant transfer method in Hong Kong and its low fees let us keep prices down. Banks do not notify small merchants of incoming transfers in real time, so we verify manually — your transfer details help us do that quickly. We aim to confirm within half an hour during opening hours.
- Can I pay by credit card, PayMe or Alipay?
- Yes, PayMe and AlipayHK are accepted. On the payment page you can choose FPS, PayMe or AlipayHK. Credit card and WeChat Pay are still being arranged and will be announced on the site once available.
- Will the meat arrive thawed?
- Collection orders come straight out of our freezer. Delivery orders are packed in insulated boxes with dry ice. Please check your order on arrival — if anything is fully thawed or looks wrong, photograph it and WhatsApp us within 24 hours.
- What is the best way to thaw frozen meat?
- Move it to the fridge the night before — slow thawing loses the least juice. If you are in a hurry, seal it in a bag and submerge in cold water. Never use hot water or leave it out at room temperature. We do not recommend refreezing thawed meat.
- Can I return an order?
- For food safety reasons, frozen goods cannot be returned or refunded once accepted, except where there is a quality problem. If there is a quality issue, send us your order number and photos within 24 hours of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
- When can I collect my order?
- Collection orders are usually ready the same or next day after payment is confirmed, and we will WhatsApp you. Delivery orders are dispatched 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed.
- Can you hold items for me?
- Yes — stock is reserved for you once your order is paid. Unpaid orders are held for 180 minutes only, after which they are cancelled automatically and the stock is released.
